Shipping Coverage
We ship across all serviceable pin codes in India.

Order Processing Time
Ready-stock items: dispatched within 24 working hours (Monday to Saturday).
Made-to-order items: processed and dispatched within 5–7 working days, unless a different timeline is stated on the product page or confirmed by our team.
We do not dispatch on Sundays or national holidays.

Estimated Delivery Time After Dispatch
Metro cities: 5–7 working days
Tier 2 & 3 cities: 7–9 working days
Remote areas: 7–10 working days
Delivery timelines may vary due to local conditions or courier delays.

Shipping Charges
Free shipping on all prepaid orders.

Order Tracking
After dispatch, we send a shipping confirmation email with courier tracking details. Open “View your order” in your confirmation email or use Track My Order on our website and sign in with the email used at checkout. Tracking updates may take time to appear after courier collection. If tracking is missing, email support@sorshaclothing.com with your order number.

Shipping Delays
Weather disruptions, courier delays, national emergencies or strikes can affect delivery. We will notify you as early as possible.

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Re-shipping charges may apply.
